Packaging and card protection
Every card is first placed in a soft penny sleeve, then in a rigid toploader. For letter shipments, the card is sandwiched between two pieces of stiff cardboard so it cannot bend. Graded cards ship in their original slab, well padded and protected.
Tracking
Canada Post Registered Mail includes a tracking number and a signature on delivery. As soon as your order ships, you receive the tracking number by email; it is also shown on your order page. We recommend this option for higher-value cards.
Untracked shipping
Standard letter is our most affordable option, but it does not include a tracking number. Once the letter is handed to Canada Post, we cannot follow its route or confirm delivery. Your card is still protected like every other shipment. For a valuable card, please choose Registered mail instead.
